Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. Organizer

​

This raffle is organized and administered by AWH Group LLC.

 

 

2. Eligibility

 

• Entry is open to all participants age 21+ and all countries.

• Employees and agents of the Organizer, and their immediate families, are not eligible to participate.

• The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

3. Entry Period

​

• The raffle begins on November 1st 2025 and ends on January 2nd 2026 

• Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

​

 

4. How to Enter

​

• To enter, participants must submit entry form and purchase a $25 dollar ticket.

• Each entry must include current name, email, and phone number.

• There is no limit on entries per person.

5. Ticket Price

​

• Each raffle ticket costs $25 U.S Dollars (or its equivalent in other currency).

• All sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in the event the raffle is cancelled.

 

6. Prizes

​

• The prize is as follows: 

  • Prize - One 70ft x 100ft Inland plot of land at The Blessed Halls Diaspora Community.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

• The Organizer reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

 

 

 

7. Winner Selection

​

• Winner will be chosen by a random draw on January 3rd 2026 and the winner will be announced via social media.

​

 

8. Notification of Winners

​

• Winners will be notified via email, phone and social media announcement within 1 day of the draw.

• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 10 days, the organizer reserves the right to redraw or forfeit the prize.

9. Publicity

 

• By entering, participants agree that their name, likeness, and/or prize details may be used for promotional purposes by the Organizer without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

 

 

10. Liability

​

• The Organizer accepts no responsibility for entries not received, lost, or delayed.

• The Organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the Raffle
